variety of choices.

Cabela’s

For my field test, Cabela’s provided items from their "Upland Tradition" collection. Constructed of 100% cotton twill, they are comfortable to wear, breathable, and easy-care. The styling is identical to the men’s items from this collection, yet their fit is well-tailored for women.

Cabela’s Upland Tradition Pants

These soft, trouser-styled pants are ideal for three season outings. With a 330-denier Cordura Ambush nylon facing, they protect well against brush, briars, and thorny cover without adding bulk or stiffness. Extremely comfortable, excellent fit... these are a perfect choice for warm weather hunts.

Garment details include: double-stitched seams, metal zipper and button closure, faux tortoise buttons, button down rear pocket flaps, roomy front pockets, belt loops, and concealed suspender buttons - in sizes 8-18 - at $49.95. Cabela’s offer a custom hemming service at no additional charge.

Cabela’s Upland Tradition Vest

This well-designed vest offers a generous amount of storage. A pair of snap-close, front bellow pockets contain a total of ten elastic shell holders. Two zippered, nylon-lined chest pockets make an ideal place to carry a cell phone or GPS device. All zippers and snaps are unexposed, reducing the chance of scratching your shotgun. The front-load game bag is accessible from either side and is one of the easiest to use that I’ve seen on a hunting vest. The expandable game bag could easily contain a daily limit. It is fully lined and unzips for ease of cleaning. An interesting feature on the back of this vest is a pair of adjustable nylon buckle straps intended for carrying along rain gear or an extra layer of clothes. Grommets are provided for your hunting license holder.

Additional features: lined hand warmer pockets, quilt stitched chest, and leather zipper pulls.
